We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team and help customers navigate their digital transformation journey, someone who loves leading teams and making an impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile projects, ensuring collaboration across teams
- Keep stakeholders engaged and expectations aligned
- Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions
- Focus on delivering measurable outcomes, not tasks
- Ensure seamless transitions between project phases
Must Have
- 7+ years leading digital programs or complex projects
- Strong leadership in agile, cross-functional teams
- Experience in governance, risk, and change management
- Expertise in adaptive planning and outcome-driven delivery
- Passion for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Valid work permit for New Zealand
Nice to have
- Digital transformation consulting experience
- Familiarity with ERP, cloud, or integration projects
- Certifications like PMP, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master
- Experience training teams or running workshops
- Exposure to subscription-based service models
